These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 432hzconverter.com website, the free online frequency–conversion tool, and the 432 Hertz Converter desktop application for Windows and macOS (together, the “Service”), operated by Harald Meyer (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service lets you change the pitch and frequency of audio and video files — for example converting music from 440 Hz standard tuning to 432 Hz, 528 Hz, or other frequencies — for your personal, lawful use. You may only upload or process content that you own or that you otherwise have the necessary rights and permissions to use. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the intellectual–property or other rights of third parties.

2. License

When you purchase the 432 Hertz Converter application we grant you a non–exclusive, non–transferable license to install and use the software for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise make the software available to third parties, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, source code, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual–property laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted to you in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

4. Payments and Billing

Purchases of the 432 Hertz Converter application are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record for your order. Paddle handles payment, billing, and related customer–service enquiries. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle’s own terms and privacy policy.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14–day money–back guarantee on purchases of the 432 Hertz Converter application. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us or Paddle. A free demo version of the application is available so that you can evaluate it before buying. Refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with its policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error–free, or that conversions will meet your particular requirements. You are responsible for keeping backup copies of your original files.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; any changes will be posted on this page together with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict–of–law rules. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer–protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
